• Lead programs [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions that will improve [insert relevant] business processes and support critical business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductors's industry environment, preferably in the area of spin-clean or dry-etch semiconductors
• 12+ years of related experience in project/program management
• Solid experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
• Proven experience in dealing with global suppliers
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English

A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
